City Of Heroes: Marvel vs. City of Heroes update

Greetings, fellow Heroes of Paragon City!

The case is beginning to move. NCSoft has retained Cooley Godward LLP and filed a motion to dismiss with the United States District Court for the Central California District. They claim that Marvel has failed to state a viable case (basically, Marvel has not demonstrated that CoH has done any harm, which is what many of us players have been saying from the start!)
