As some of you may have noticed we have recently made a change to the way we handle in-game support. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are now assigned to individual servers rather than using a global system. This will allow the CSRs to get to know the players on their server better and has already helped us reduce call wait times. This system will also allow us to react faster to situations such as harassment since the CSR is more familiar with the server s/he is responsible for.
In addition to this change, we have also created Customer Service message boards. These boards are a place where players can ask questions about Customer Service and get feedback from the CSRs who will be posting to these forums.
