Dark Age Of Camelot: How To Save Money

As announced, we're raising the basic monthly fee for Dark Age of Camelot on February 4. It's been three years, and while our prices have never risen, our costs have. But for the next ten days, we're offering all of our current customers the chance to extend their subscriptions at the current rates. Want to know how? Read on:

Step 1: Log in to the server selection screen. At the bottom is a row of buttons; press the one labeled "billing."

Step 2: There are five buttons on this screen: Edit Account, Edit Billing, Referral Information (this one will not be visible if you are not eligible to participate in our referral program), Extend Subscription, and Back. Press "Extend Subscription."

Step 3: To lock in our current subscription rates, choose from the four radio buttons. Your options are One, Three, Six, or Twelve Months.

Step 4: After you make your selection in Step Three, you'll see a pop up box that says "This charge will be applied to the credit card on file for your account. Press yes to accept this charge." Press yes!

Please note that your choice will extend your current subscription, and that when the extension expires, you'll renew at the prevailing rate. For example, Joe's account is set to renew every three months. His last renewal date was January 10, 2005 and his next renewal date (listed on the screen in Step 2 of the instructions) is April 10, 2005. Joe has decided to extend his subscription to take advantage of the old rates, and prepay for a year. He follows the above directions. Now his next renewal date is April 10, 2006. On April 10, 2006, his account will renew for three months, at the new rates, and his account will at that time display a renewal date of July 10, 2006.

CHOOSE CAREFULLY IN STEP 3! You may only take advantage of the Extend Subscription option ONCE. You cannot extend your subscription more than once, and you cannot change your selection after you have made it.
