Leah Dara, the esteemed Ranger, has posted the latest edition of her column over on AC Vault, "Is it too early to begin thinking about the next ACPL?". This issue, she provides a number of excellent suggestions and ideas for the next Asheron's Call Player Luncheon.

Third, we need more "P" in the ACPL! What I mean by that is that the last two ACPLs (and I'd be willing to bet the first one too) were pretty-much real-life and real-time "dev chats". The only real participation by the players came from asking questions ("dev chat") and the skits in "Whose Drudge is it Anyway" (where the Devs still have a featured role). How about some player-run sessions? (Some ideas below) I'm not saying we shouldn't have ANY Dev involvement (that would be bad), but I would like to see MORE player participation. Note that a two-day event would allow you to have the SAME amount of Dev sessions, but add time for player ones as well.
