Asherons Call: Soapbox - An Open Letter to Microsoft

We received the following letter sent to us, ACVault, and Turbine Games about a week ago. It's a fairly well-written letter complaining about the lack of enforcement of the new CoC regarding combat macros.

I've placed it in our Soapbox, and retitled it. And I've let the author know, as I'm reminding you our readers, that Turbine has no control over the CoC. They don't decide the macro policy, they don't enforce the macro policy. So, please, direct your ire and frustration to the correct party.
