Ibn's made the following post to the ToD forum regarding pre-order retailers for Throne of Destiny:

We received confirmation today on the first list of Pre-Order retailers for North America. These are the stores that you can pre-order from to ensure that you receive both bonus gift gems (discussed in Jessica' Letter):

CompUSA
Best Buy
EB & EB Canada
GameStop

We expect that other retailers will sign on to the program in the future, but for now the above list are the ones we are sure of.

If you have pre-ordered the game from a different retailer, we can't at this time guarantee that you will receive the bonus gift gems.

We will be posting information regarding Pre-Order retailers outside North America in the near future.
