Star Wars Galaxies: Trouble with Captain Sarguillo

Tiggs made this post today about some problems players have been having with a Phase 4 village quest:

If you are experiencing trouble with the Captain Sarguillo Phase 4 quest ONLY (the Captain won't speak with you) you can place a petition into the call system or wait for a galaxy broadcast from your local CSR representatives. CSRs will announce when they will be in the village to assist all players that are stuck with this quest. If you are going to the village for help, please form a line and wait patiently for the CSR to get to you.

Do not spam the CSR as this will only delay players from getting help. Thank you for your patience while we get this quest fixed.
