Some of our users are experiencing issues launching their web browsers during migration. We are working on a fix to this problem and will let you know as soon as it is corrected.
Keep watching for more details as I know this is a common problem for many people migrating (or attempting to..) their accounts.

If you experience this problem, please contact Customer Support directly at 781-407-4010 Mon - Fri 12:30pm - 8:30pm EST or via the web and they will provide you with a migration client that will help you work past this issue.
