City Of Heroes: Statesman Opens Up About Issue #4

Our hero, Statesman (also known as Jack Emmert) recently granted an interview to Computer Games Magazine.

In this interview, he reveals more detail regarding Player vs Player combat in the upcoming Issue 4 - known as "Colosseum." He also let loose with new details about upgrades to the character creation tool. We've already been told about the anime/manga inspired clothing options being planned, but now there is mention of sliders "to adjust the size of their shoulders, arms, legs and even their foreheads."
