As TAO assault teams began sweeping through Fort Teth at regular intervals, the number of Alberon's followers continued to drop precipitously. Only the core elements of Alberon's army offered spirited resistance, though the fighting was often intense at first between roughly equally sized forces. The counter-attacks upon Dryreach were infrequent and usually little more than small raids that were easily driven off. This fighting raged on for only a few weeks before it became increasingly difficult to find anyone in Fort Teth to fight.
