Asherons Call: Soapbox - A New Server?

I don't think there's a single person who hasn't thought about how great it would be to start out on a new server. Particularly those on the red server. One that didn't allow macroes, or didn't have the same rules for xp pass-up, etc etc.

Today's Soapbox by d c has a little bit of a different twist on a new server. I don't know that it could be done. But...it would be fun....
