Asherons Call: Discuss: Should unsubscribed accounts hold housing?

Argument 1. Anyone should be able to have a house, subscription or not, if the rent is kept up.
[li]This is often the case when someone goes to serve in the military and their friends pay their rent, or a player passes away and their friends/guildmates keep up their housing out of sentiment.
[li]There are cases where a monarch's account is inactive yet the loyal vassals continue to keep up their mansion rent in hopes the monarch will return.
[li]There are cases where someone has two accounts, one active, one inactive, yet they have, perhaps sidebyside housing.

Argument A. Non subscribed accounts should lose their housing after 'x' period of time without resubscription.
[li]This would free up many villas on all servers.
[li]This would ensure that the player with extra housing on a stale account either resubs that account or gives up their housing.
[li]This opens the debate for how long before the inactive account defaults on their housing privileges? Two months? Three months? Six months?
