While you could run around collecting mnemosynes to turn in for dispell gems, or beg for those nifty spells from your local mage, here's just another easy way to get your very own dispell potions. The one we'll look at will dispell all level 7's and lower.
The ingredients you'll need is chorizite, found in two ways, the easiest I've found is through the Chorizite veined shield quest. You'll get a cool shield for your melee, and the chorizite already refined and ready for grinding. Just use your mortar and pestle on the refined chrozite and you'll gain 20 ground chorizite, more than enough for at least one potion. The quest has a one week timer only, see quest write up here: Click here for details!
Now, on to making that potion. Here's what you'll need:
4 ground chorizite (per potion)
4 vitriol
alembic
4 Neutral balm
It's real simple, you just add your ground chorizite to the vitriol one by one to gain four chorizite oils. You then add two chorizite oils together to gain one strong chorizite oil. Add another chorizite oil to the strong oil and you'll gain a concentrated chorizite oil. One more time, add a chorizite potion to the concentrated oil and you'll have a condensed chorizite oil. So far so good. Now for the final step, and it's a doozy. You'll need a skill base of at least 300 or more to gain the best success in making this potion. Make sure your trade alchemist is buffed, and if you prefer slap a brill on them and go for it, by adding the neutral balm to the condensed chorizite oil, and voila, you have your first Condensed Dispel potion. The burden is only 50 so you could carry several of these when your melee is going it solo.
