[Update Details]

The following issues were addressed:

- Looping sound issue which would happen during one of the quests.

- The NPC "Anguenet" in Carpenter's Landing giving wrong barge course information.

- The recast time for Samurai's Merit Point ability "Meditate Recast" is "6 seconds" instead of the displayed "10 seconds." The correct information will now be displayed in the description.
