EBGames.com has posted some system requirements for ToD:

Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP; 128 MB of RAM, 256 MB recommended; 733 MHz processor, 1GHz recommended; 2 GB free hard disk space; 16 MB 3D video adapter, 32 MB recommended; 4x CD, sound card and speakers or headphones. Microsoft Mouse, or another compatible pointing device. 56 Kbps or faster connection. You must have Internet access to play.

It should be noted these are unofficial system requirements.
