Matrix Online: Known Issue: Crash While Viewing Videos in Tutorial

There is a known issue that causes the game client to hang/crash when trying to view the videos in the Tutorial Construct. The videos require Flash 7 (supplied with the retail game) to play correctly. If you encounter this problem, please install the latest version of the Flash player on your system.

If you have Flash 7 installed and continue to encounter this problem, please contact Technical Support by either using /ccr from within the game or going to https://support.warnerbros.com/.
