City Of Heroes: Endurance Drain & Electric Blasters/Defenders.

To respond to Demona, a player from the City of Heroes Community, Geko, Cryptic Studios Game Designer, has this to say about Endurance Drain & Electric Blasters/Defenders.

Defenders, Blasters and Controllers all have the same HP.

Blasters do more Damage with Electrical Blast then Defenders (a lot more), while Defenders will drain more Endurance. That's pretty much a no-brainer.

And in PvP, Endurance Drain is probably the most potent secondary effect in the game (as a blaster or defender).
