City Of Heroes: Test Server Coming Back Up - No Arena

Looks like the Arena has some issues so the Devs are in the process of fixing them. Check out what CuppaJo, CoH Online Community Rep, had to pass along to us:

The test server should be coming back up soon. However, the arenas are turned off until we can get them patched to be stable. It will be AT LEAST tomorrow before the arena is patched.

So go check out the rest of the new stuff - test changes - report bugs - Kill Skuls.
