Matrix Online: Known Issue: Constructs Unavailable

The Walrus enlightens us about a known bug. Read on:

There is a known issue with the Archivists not teleporting players to the PvP Constructs even though they have the appropriate level, ticket, and reputation. Instead, you get the error message as if you were activating the wrong NPC. We will fix this issue as quickly as possible and make an announcement when they're available again.
