City Of Heroes: The skinny on Disciplines

Positron, Cryptic Studios Game Designer, stopped by the Official City of Heroes forums with the latest about Disciplines.

Disciplines were to be removed entirely with Issue 3, and they were removed from the Drop Tables, but not from the Store Definitions. This was a mistake.

This made it so that they were still available from the stores, but would never, ever be found as drops.

Issue 4 brings us the new-improved Break Free (works vs. everything), and the final removal of Discipline from the stores.
