Asherons Call: Login/Billing Servers to be restarted every 2 hours

This evening we discovered an issue with our billing and login servers that, left unresolved, will cause them to become unavailable for extended periods of time. Basically, we found a memory leak and we're going over the logs to see where it is happening. While we work on fixing this issue permanently, we will be restarting the billing and login servers once every two hours starting at 7PM PST.

These planned restarts will only impact players attempting to log in to the game for about 5 to 10 minutes. For example you may be unable to log in from 7:00PM to 7:10PM PST, and then experience issues again from 9:00PM to 9:10PM PST. However between those two periods you should be able to log in to the game without any problems.

This is only a temporary fix until we resolve the more long-term issue. Once it has been resolved we will cease these planned restarts.

The billing and login server restarts will not impact players who are already logged in to the game world.
