City Of Heroes: Official Regen Changes Thread

As you can imagine, when Statesman first opened up this thread people started filling it up quickly. States has a small request if you want to post in the thread.

From this point forward, I'd like to hear from people about something specific...as opposed to "Oh - I don't like this change." The analyses done thus far are quite nice - and are appreciated. It's just that the thread has strayed away from objective analysis and I wanted to bring it into form.
