City Of Heroes: XP Range Change Continue...Again...and Again

XP Range Change in a nutshell from our fearless leader Statesman:

If you are on a team and within 200 ft., you will get full XP regardless of whether you did damage or not.

If you are outside of 200 ft, but did damage, you receive XP.

If you are outside of 200 ft. and did not damage, you receive nothing.

I think we can put this issue to bed finally. Well at least until Statesman says something else....again....and again...and again....you get the point. LOL
