City Of Heroes: Statesman's Latest Hint at a New Zone(s)

While trolling the Official City of Heroes Boards today I came across this little tidbit on interesting info.

A player from the COH community posts:

Well, When Issue 5 comes out, I bet a million influence that we will get a new zone in the level 30-39 Range with zone specific contacts, very similiar to the Hollows and Striga Island.

Statesman responds:

That's a pretty safe bet

though your levels aren't quite exact - they're near enough.
