City Of Heroes: Arena Update... YAY IT'S UP

CuppaJo stopped by late tonight and this is the wonderful news that was passed along:

Well, we rerouted the power through the second power matrix and brought the dilithium chambers back online which allowed us to get the patch up tonight.

Like I said - This should help - but we may have intermittent issues where we need to take the arena servers offline for tweakage.

(translation - WHOOOOO! PvP!)
