Asherons Call: Unconfirmed email from Microsoft

This is a letter to advise you that, starting in April 2005, billing services for game Asheron's Call will be transferred from Microsoft Corporation to Turbine, the original developer and operator of the game.

You are being sent this communication because our records show that you currently have characters (detailed below) stored on this game service. If you wish to maintain continued access to your existing characters you will need to create an account with Turbine.

At the time of this email, our records show that you have not yet moved over your account.

Moving your account is simple. Just launch the game as you normally would and you'll be prompted to begin account migration. You can access the game from the following web page http://classic.zone.msn.com/asheronscall Once you have re-activated your account you will automatically have access to all your stored characters. The monthly subscription fee is still just $12.95, granting you access to the full world of Asheron's Call including all previous content updates (over 50 in all) plus the Dark Majesty expansion.

We'd also like to take this time to advise all the past and current players about the May launch of the latest expansion to the game: Throne of Destiny. If you reclaim your existing characters now, you will be able to use them in the new expansion. Alternatively, if you want to start fresh, you can go directly to the Turbine site at http://www.turbine.com and create a brand new account.
