News Text : Yes, you read that right. A normal Omni-Pol patrol was in Omni-1 Entertainment tonight, doing regular id checks, when several citizens, who I suppose felt put out by the ID checks, decided to turn their guns on their own and attack.

An Omni-Pol air ship was called in to help assist the out of line employees, and had to fire three shots, killing three of the attackers. One Omni-Pol soldier was killed.

In fighting among the clans, I would expect, but among those of us in Omni-Tek? Truly it is a sad day when employees turn on their own. And for what? Bragging rights? A protest against ID checks? Any good omni citizen knows there are proper channels to turn to. Why the need for Violence? This reporters opinion is that these employees should be arrested and sent to Reform, as there is no place among Omni-Tek for such primitive behavior.
