City Of Heroes: Training Room Update

CuppaJo stopped by the Official City of Heroes boards with these updates:

The things that have changed are listed in the "Now Testing in the Training Room" Sticky.

The perma taunt and permapower drop have NOT been fixed in this build. However, they have been fixed in the NEXT build but I do not have an ETA for that patch at this time. I would guess next week sometime.

But as you can see, brawl was adjusted as was mezzing (with a few other things) so we need to test those changes.

Also:

Test is still down. I have no ETA. Sorry about that.
