A fellow clan mate of mine, Booms, had some very legitimate questions regarding the Pre-Order bonuses:

We know that one of the Pre-Order bonuses is Augmentation Gems that will enhance your character.

1) What if you decide to delete your character?

2) What if you want to re-roll?

IBN from Turbine responded to her with the following:

Any new character that you create on the account that has been activated with the pre-order key will have the two gems on creation.

If you delete an existing character and create a new one, that new one will get both gems.

If you reroll any character, that character will get both gems.
