It looks like the Chronicle 3 update on the PTS won't be happening today either.

MiykaelQA: First off, I'd like to thank everyone for waiting patiently for the Chronicle 3 build. Our people worked through the weekend to get a fix to the updater for us and we were able to test it this morning. Well, it worked, but not the way that we wanted it to for you. That being said, we will not be pushing this build through today based on new issues that we came across. We will continue to work on this throughout the day and into tonight and hopefully we will have something for you tomorrow, but this is not definite. When I have concrete information that we can run with a build that we feel is good enough to hand out to you, I will make an announcement. I will put up Chronicle 3 patch notes before the end of the work day today for you to glance over while we work on getting you a playable build. Again, I thank everyone for their patience and understanding concerning this issue.
