City Of Heroes: Test Server Connectivity Issues Explaination

Case from NCsoft Tech Support had this to say in response to a number of posts about the Training Room Server connectivity and other issues:

The issues you (& others) are having accessing the PTS (Public Test Server) are due to intermittent stability issues. We are working to resolve them! Since the huge & constant influx of players logging on to the Training Room (PTS) this server has been stressed. Again, we are doing everything possible to resolve this as quickly as possible.
