City Of Heroes: XP and I5

Sheesh, I am slipping today. Statesman had this to say about new changes coming in I5... wait a minute, don't we have to have I4 before we begin I5? Oh well either way here's what he had to say:

Couple of changes we're making in I5:

1) Instead of the first five levels being debt free, the first TEN levels will be debt free.

2) XP debt will be halved on mission maps (that includes outdoor mission maps, too).
