City Of Heroes: Connectivity Issues

Case from NCsoft Tech Support has a few tricks up his sleeve for people that are still haveing connectivity issues; myself included. Here is what he had to say:

Hello all,

Many of us have been trying to make sense of this past week's intermittent connectivity issues. Either not being able to connect or having intermittent connections...I could connect, then I logged off & now I can not connect.

There have been many things discussed in numerous threads about this...DNS poisoning, Verizon's router migration, etc...

...I call shenanigans!!!

The actual reason behind this is still unclear & it's unacceptable to me that this community is still being affected by it. I want this issue resolved!

This is what I need from you all (most of you know the drill)

Who is your ISP?

Where are you located geographically?

What are you symptoms? - can't connect? Sometimes can connect? Can't get past the Updater/hanging @ connecting? etc...

& then Visit:

Windows 2k/XP

& Download & run this tool. Please Cut & Paste the outputs generated by this tool in to your reply to this thread.

Feel free to XXX out any personal info such as the first 2 IPs of the first hops on your Trace Routes. If you are unsure what info you would like to have excluded, feel free to PM me the results.

Please, only post your results if this issue is affecting your connectivity to the Live Servers . PTS (public test server) is a completely different beast.
