Regarding PlayOnline Technical Difficulties (Apr. 14)

We have experienced technical difficulties with part of PlayOnline contents, which includes FINAL FANTASY XI, from Apr. 14 1:30 (PDT). The issues have been addressed by the recovery operation that took place between 4:00 to 8:00 (PDT). We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

The technical difficulties that took place today was due to malfunctioning of our network equipment, which caused instability that lead to connection loss between the servers. The network equipment which caused this issue has been repaired through the recovery operation. Now in regards to the technical difficulties from last weekend, we are working ways to provide stable service and faster response by upgrading the system surveillance and taking other measures.
