Congestion During the Version Update (cont.)

Following the April 20, 2005 FINAL FANTASY XI version update, some players started receiving POL-1160 or POL-0010 errors on the version update screen or during the download itself.

Our technical staff is currently investigating possible solutions to this issue. Once the situation improves, we will provide more information, and we ask that players experiencing any update difficulties make another update attempt some time later.
