Asherons Call: Rathmall & Sunflash: Lost at Sea

imageAfter the end of a hard days work Sunflash and myself took a step back from the piles of wood and twine, and gazed at the product of our labor. There, on the sands our little wooden craft sat, looking all the world like the little pretend boats children make with a toothpick stuck into a piece of cheese. The tired mage nodded with approval, and as a parting gift gave us fresh supplies. As we prepared to launch the mage halted and exclaimed that the vessel must be named before touching the
water. After a quiet few minutes of pondering, a name presented itself. And so began to first maiden voyage of The Wanton Wave Slogger, commanded by captain Sunflash and his first mate Rathmall. Proudly we sailed from the point of despair, waving a long farewell to the kindly mage. After a good seven hours of sailing (save for the large bird who made off with my sandwich, lousy feather-beaked blighter.) I scribble this note. Pardon my slanty notations but writing while bobbing is like trying to trying to run with your foot in a bucket. To the east a rather large mass of clouds appears to be amassing, and as I write the horizon beneath them appears to be streaked, like it was painted with an enormous brush. But the captain remains optimistic; perhaps it is time for another sandwich.
