City Of Heroes: Celebrant Badge

To clear up a little confusion about this new badge, Positron stopped by the Official City of Heroes boards with this info:

The badge will be given to every character that logs in after Issue 4 goes live, thru May 30th, 2005. Plenty of time for you to get it on all your characters.

It is NOT a Veteran reward badge. You can make a character on May 30th this year and they will get the badge.
