First off, there's a new [B]Honor System F.A.Q.[/b] which contained information about the PvP Honor System (of course). Also, a small patch was released yesterday which fixed a minor crash issue. Finally, you can now chat online with a billing respresentative between the hours of 9am and 6pm PST. You can access this new feature on your Account Management page.
