Star Wars Galaxies: Clarification on gaining Master Badges

Virrago from community releations made this post on the SOE forums to clairify how this situation will be handled.

"A character will not get master badges until that individual character is no longer eligible to respec. Upon login following that magical moment, the character will be awarded master badges for any master skills that he has at that moment."
