Star Wars Galaxies: Avatar Space Platform Problems

From the reports coming in many players are having an issue with getting stuck in, on or under the Avatar Space Platform in the ROTW Expansion. With the ticket volume very high at this time and CSRs working steady to get the all the issues handled and as tickets are answered on a First In First Answered basis, if you do travel here and get stuck try using either /unstick or /eject to get free, if this does not work, use the CTRL+H to enter the holocron and under customer support enter a question about being stuck then create a ticket using I'm Stuck section of the ticket form (include your toons name, server, and waypoint that is displayed on the radar on the lower left of your game screen).

NOTE: Wait times are way longer than usual and CSRs in the launchpad chat are unable to assist players while in the launchpad chat and when they return in-game they have to follow protocol for tickets being first in first answered.

If you find you need to leave the computer for any period of time and it is possible leave your toon logged in as CSRs cannot move a toon that is not logged in.
