Final Fantasy: E3 Update - Part 2a - PS3 details & SE lineup

Some of you might not be aware of the gaming world and one of it's prime "show-and-tell" convents and it's meaning so I'm filling out on some details regarding E3, the new Playstation 3 (which is of main interest for SqaureEnix community) and also some other tid-bits on the SquareEnix lineup for the moment.

Kingdom Hearts 2 details and images[/b]
SqaureEnix presented during the press conferance some tidbits of information and details regarding among others Kingdom Hearts 2. This followed with ingame captures. I'm not aware of any movie or trailer media for now.

Final Fantasy VII - The Dirge of Cerberus
A few screenshots, presuambly old and new, have appeared on Gamespot and IGN showing of closeups on Vincent, two other charachters and Caith Sith.

Playstation 3
One of the most exciting happeings of E3 so far most be the Playstation 3 - PS3, and the increadible so called "tech demos" shown on the system. And with the previous FFVII Tech demo in mind I'm linking to hardware specs and other previews of new console from Sony.

[B][UPDATE on the Final Fantasy VII tech demo]
According to IGN's reports the showcase directors stress that there will be NO remake of the original Final Fantasy VII title from 1997. But it is said though, that a new FF game is in the makings - presumably not meaning FFXII.
I'll try to keep things updated regarding this matter, but it's a mixed feeling though that there will be no FFVII remake. Still the old one had it's increadible charm, yet a remake would justify the wonderful story.
