Asherons Call: QotD - What Kind of Dev Interaction Do You Find Most Important?

OK, no one liked yesterday's question because it wasn't really a question but more of a homework assigment...sheesh.

But, I was welcoming srand back, and asking her about the next Dev Chat. We haven't had one for a while and those were something players really used to look forward to. I was also compliment her and the entire team on Orion's efforts to put out regular articles about Monster Balancing (hasn't he been great?!) when I realized, there's a lot of ways they communicate with us. And well, it's a small team. Keeping them all up has got to be exhausting (hence srand not posting for a while and Orion posting like crazy).

So, I ask you, which kind of Dev Interaction do I look foward to? Me, I like the Q&A's that used to be a regular feature of the older AC:DM site and I especially like interacting directly with them on the boards...knowing they know how I feel and getting to "know the dev."

And now I ask you. What kind of Dev Interaction do YOU find most important? Formal dev chats, Q&A, articles on the Zone and ACDM, board posting, or something I've missed completely. And WHY?
