"Carlo di Cenza in Rithwic was a specially crafted piece of artwork. Content for December/January called for a Viamontian NPC. We didn't have Viamontian char gen in game (and wouldn't until the launch of the expansion pack), so we had to improvise a little bit with some custom palettes and clothing files (very similar to Nuhmudira's appearance). Carlo's appearance does not change between landblock re-loads, and his skin color isn't 100% indicitive of what you can expect to see in final Viamontian char-gen. Viamontian skin colors range from a dark blue-grey to a pale skyblue."
