Dark Age Of Camelot: Hot Fix, and Pendragon Reboot

Hot Fix:

- An issue that could prevent Lord Carunvan, the Albion Keep Lord of Dun Scathaig, from spawning when the keep was at level 1 has been corrected.

On a different topic, we will be rebooting Pendragon at 3:00 PM EDT to correct a zoning problem. Just FYI!
