City Of Heroes: 2nd Annual Film Festival

Introducing the 2nd Annual Paragon City Film Festival! This year it's bigger and better, and we challenge you to demonstrate your cinematic skills by creating a City of Heroes short film to be judged in the following 5 categories: Best Action, Best Comedy, Best Animated, Best Live Action and Best Overall. The contest begins on Wednesday, June 29, at 4pm (CDT) and ends at 11:59pm (CDT) on Sunday, August 14, with winners being announced no later than Friday, August 26th.
