Lineage 2: Lineage 2 Independence Day Event

During King Amadeo's reign over Aden, he appointed an advisor known
throughout the land as Lord Dafstin. As time passed, the King became
more reclusive, neglecting his royal duties. Without guidance from the
crown, the Lords of Aden grew slovenly and reckless. The monstrous
armies that were once scattered and weak began to grow, unchecked by the
decadent nobility.

One of the King's servants escaped the castle and warned of Dafstin's
madness. He claimed that the King was completely beguiled by Dafstin's
duplicitous council. He also warned that Dafstin was organizing the Dark
Armies in an attempt to overthrow Aden, and crown himself King.

His secret revealed, Dafstin has ordered his forces to strike before the
people of Aden can muster their defenses. Now, legions of Orcs, Mahum,
Lizardmen, and Undead are marching from their camps and assaulting the
cities of Aden.

For a full week, from July 4th through July 11th, the forces of darkness
will descend upon the villages and cities of Aden. Everyone must band
together to defend their homes and their independence from Dafstin's
batallions.
