City Of Heroes: 2nd Annual Paragon City Film Festival Revisited

Cuppa wanted to clear up some concerns about the new Film Fest so here we go:

I am going to try and get some of these questions cleared up -

Europe will be having their own film fest - sooooo, I am sorry, you have to be in qualified locations to enter.

You cannot use the remix contest winners but you CAN remix the audio files to make a new audio creation from the game music.

Format - I am working on getting it so that AVI, MPEG and QT formats are acceptable. Hang on.
