Final Fantasy: Friend List Technical Difficulties (Jul. 19)

The following technical difficuty within FINAL FANTASY XI has been found.

Upon sending the "be friend" message, the recipient would not be entered into the sender's Friend List.

The recipient would have to send another "be friend" message in order to solve the issue.

We are currently investigating the issue, and hope to resolve it as soon as possible. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience.
