This is a follow-up to the previous news regarding congestion issues with the version update occurring since Jul. 19, 2005 09:00 (GMT).

We have confirmed that there is a continuous DDoS attack underway which has hampered our efforts and slowed the recovery process.
Our technicans are still investigating the issue and considering all possible options to bring this matter to a speedy resolution.
