Coming off a rough start to the week, with random invites to the first phase of alpha taking the smile off the face of many DDO enthusaists, to put it mildly, Turbine has just released yet another Developer Diary. This diary features game systems engineer Zyrca, and is titled "Things I've Seen That Made Me Smile". The article discusses some of the more interesting parts of being a game developer as well as some game systems:
One of the neat things that we are implementing is meta-magic feats, which can be used to improve various aspects of your spells. Like anything else, though, this comes at a cost.
